13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general terms and conditions in relation to the use of the site are hereby governed by, and constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Germany. The competent courts in Germany shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between you and CARBON2H.
